Why does my galaxy s10 take me to recovery screen

[Android Central Question]

My phone (galaxy s10) died yesterday and when I charged it, it took me to a recovery page showing [init:1 empty caller]. Just found out my network is on emergency mode and I can't make phone calls. I have tried factory wiping and wiping cache, but it doesn't work. When I reboot, I can use the phone normally but without network. How do I solve this?

Your in recovery mode you cant use the phone , you mean safe mode? Please clarify.

Welcome to Android Central! If you're able to boot into the normal homescreen, but the phone has no cell signal, then the first step would be to contact your carrier for a replacement SIM.
