Why does my Galaxy S4 diables the usb ports and overheats when plugged in?

My Galaxy S4 just stopped charging one day and when plugged into a PC it disables all usb ports. I think it took water damage but no one knows what's wrong.

If the port got wet, it's probably shot and has to be replaced. Bring the pone to a repair shop. (Get an estimate first - it may be cheaper to buy a gently used one.)
