Why does my galaxy S5 showing the message "unfortunately phone has stopped

my Galaxy S5 keep showing the message unfortunately phone has stopped and every time I hit okay and it goes away for like half a second and then shows back up. I can't do anything with my phone at all. Please help

I just wiped cache partition but it didn't work. I still get the error message, "Unfortunately, your phone has stopped." This just started happening this morning and the error message will not go away. I can access my phone in the split second between the pop-up messages. This so annoying! I just got a new phone after losing my phone, and I was thinking it was a refurbished phone and acting up, but by the looks of it, a lot of people are having this same issue. I hope they fix it ASAP. I am not happy!

I just updated my software of S5 and since then Im getting the message i a pop up window "unfortunately your phone has stopped" when I hit ok it goes away for a split second but hen returns. I can only access my phone in that split second. All other apps are working perfectly. Don't know how to resolve this. I don't want a factory reset as I do not have backup of any of my files. I tried wiping cache partition but that didn't work. removing the battery, unstrapping Google+ or clearing data from Samsung Galaxy application don't work either. Don't know what to do!!
