How do I fix my galaxy so from pausing while I'm watching YouTube videos

Depends on what the problem is.

- Unlikely: the phone is phenomenally busy doing something else. Anything big running in the background.

- Likely: the video not being fed to your phone fast enough and you are buffering.
Use wifi instead of mobile data.
Reduce the resolution.
