I've reset the my Tab S back to factory settings and also reset the modem. My Samsung Galaxy S5 phone finds the wifi without problems. Why is my Tab S filtering out my modem and not my neighbors?

Maybe ur tab doesnt support security methos on ur modem? However i think u use wpa or wpa2, which should be supported by this device

Have you tried moving the Tab around - closer and/or further away from the router?

Have you tried connecting to a public wifi - Library, starbucks, mcdonalds? Do those work?

Have you tried to manually add the wifi. At the bottom of the available-wifi, (scroll down), is "+ Add Wif-fi Network" and then followed the prompts? If it works, it is still better than not getting on even if a work around.

I have the same problem and I have tried everything till now reset the tablet change the encryption on the router nothing seems to work. All other devices are connected to the router 3 laptops and 2 phones
