My HTC one m8 volume decrease by itself to vibrate mode

My HTC phone volume goes from being in ringer to silence or vibrate mode all day on it's own. Help?

The volume buttons are very sensitive due to their design, so it's very possible they are simply being bumped somehow. Could also be a defect allowing them to be pushed under their own weight. While I wasn't trying do fix this by installing a case, my Sup Case II did do just that. The rubber surround of the case is stiff enough that you have to purposely push those buttons to get them to do anything. no more accidental volume changes for me. The power button is still sensitive in this case, though. :sly:
