i need help. i have a huawei y511 u30 phone, it gets stuck on the logo when i try to switch it on

i need help. i have a huawei y511 u30 phone, it gets stuck on the logo when i try to switch it on, have tried the factory reset,by pressing volume up and down button it still wont boot, have been trying to install a software via SD card it gives me an error, any ideas with what to do next?
