Why does my Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 display "Charging over USB" while being connected to the AC charger ?

I am trying to charge my Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 (YT3-50XL) but when connected to the wall outlet it display The message: "charging over USB", not "Charging on AC".
I have tried different chargers, cables, electric plugs etc.
I get 100mA maximum.

If connected with USB-cable to for example a laptop it will go up to 500mA, but still....

Any ideas what is wrong?

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure the tablet's USB port is clear of any debris, by using a can of compressed air to blow it out (or a computer vacuum). You can also try cleaning the contacts with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol.
