Why does my Lg Esteem screen go black after the Lg logo comes up but you can still see the backlight?

My Lg Esteem screen goes black after the Lg logo comes up but you can still see the backlight

My Lg Esteem screen goes black after the Lg logo comes up but you can still see the backlight. I done did a hard reset by holding the Up & down volume button and the power button at the same time but its still doing the same thing. Can you help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, that's not a good sign, if it's still happening after a factory reset. When you did the reset and the phone powered back on, were you able to get to the Setup Wizard, or did it do the same thing--i.e., blank screen after the LG logo?

Wrere you holding the Lock key also? Read LG Esteem MS910 hard reset

Im having same problem , screen is kinda grey but keys light up tried hard rest but nothing came up on screen. Any solution i have 2 of them doing same thing?
