Why does my LG G2 not have Google Play App/how can I get it on my device?

So I just up boxed my new LG G2 D802, charged it and booted it up only to find that the device doesn't have the Google play app. The app isn't hidden or anything like that, it simply isn't on the device. I've trie during an apk to download google play but when I click installed app the screen flashes white and returns to the home page. I've tried different versions of the apk with no success.

I have had an LG G2 before with no such issue. This device had a whole lot of preloaded random Korean and Chinese apps including 'JB.com' and 'weibu.' As far as I'm aware I purchased the phone from a legitimate online company in Australia.

PLEASE HELP OF YOU KNOW WHY I AM EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE OR IF YOU HAVE A SUGGESTION FOR HOW I CAN GET GOOGLE PLAY ONTO MY PHONE!

I would try to do a factory data reset to clear out any junk.

Chinese devices do not have google apps because google is banned in China
