Why does my LG G3 keep asking me to enable location services when I don't need it?

My LG G3 keeps randomly asking me if I want to enable location services, and I'm not even using an app that requires it. I disabled location services because I don't need it on at this time. Unless I am trying to use an app which requires it, like the weather app, I don't see why my phone should keep asking me again and again to enable it. It's REALLY annoying. Anyone know the reason for this?

Welcome to Android Central! Where is that popping up--is it an actual notification in the notifcation bar? There could be something running in the background that wants to use location services. If you see that notification, swipe down the notification shade, and long-press it until you see App Info. Tap that, and see what app is generating the notification.

Thanks for the welcome! It's actually not in the notification bar. My screen goes black and a popup box comes up which says "Sprint Connections Optimizer". It just happened again so I took a screenshot. Attaching it for your reference.
