Why does my LG G4 beat have no space for apps?

My LG G4 beat has no space for apps and I cant clear my system cache, how can I fix it?

Uninstall some apps

System cache is in a different partition from apps, so clearing it won't give you more space for apps. And you can't clear it to 0 - the system is running, and anything being cached by a currently-running process can't be cleared, or the process could crash.

As Pugs says, uninstall some apps. All phones have finite space.
