I bought my LG G4 H811 running Android 6.0 Marshmallow from eBay and just received it 5 days ago, 3/20/2018. I realize it was manufactured about 3 years ago so I can't expect perfection, but I'm wondering if anyone out there has had a situation like mine. My LG G4 frequently disconnects from my home wifi with no pattern or apparent reason, and it requires me to set it back on manually. I've had the same wifi setup at my home for several years. The phone I replaced did not have this same problem, and neither do any of the other 7 wifi devices using the same network connection. It's only been a problem with this LG G4. All I could get from the tech at LG was I should do a factory reset, and if the phone still disconnects then I can send it in to LG for diagnostics and repair, and the phone is no longer under warranty. This phone I received had just been factory reconditioned which I think includes a factory reset. I explained this to the LG tech but he said that's all he can suggest and maybe I need to return/exchange it through eBay, which I can do, but would rather not go through that inconvenience. Any ideas?
