Why does my LG g4 phone not turn on?

[AC Question]

I had recently gotten a LG G4 phone due to my iPhone crashing on me and now my newish LG is doing it! Whenever I try to turn my phone on it stays on the LG logo screen. I have tried charging it, removing the battery, leaving it alone etc etc. My cousin has the same phone and is having the same problem, but I didn't start having issues until she told me about hers. I really like the phone, but I seriously don't want to deal with another glitchy phone after having so many problems with Apple.
