Why does my location setting keep changing?

So... My S8 keeps changing my location setting from battery saving to High Accuracy. I'm not using maps or doing it. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Do you ever notice a prompt asking you if you want to improve your accuracy? If you say yes, it will turn on GPS (as well as Wi-fi Scanning).

Hey there, I'm familiar with that, but I know when that happens. This seems to just be happening randomly. Very odd.
