Why does my microphone work only during calls (Note 3, Lollipop)?

Microphone working only during calls (Note 3, Lollipop)

I have a weird problem here: my microphone works only during calls. That means no sound is recorded when i record videos nor while voice recording. Also i can't use Ok Google and S Voice, but the problem magicly disappears when I am calling someone. I've noticed this issue after updating my Note 3 to Lollipop. Also i am going to mention that i tried recording sound on both microphones (Converzation mode) and nothing came up. When i tried slightly knocking phone on sides i could barely hear the knocking sound. I didn't drop my phone neither on ground nor in the water. I'll appreciate your help.

Welcome to Android Central! Can people hear you when you're on speakerphone? If not, then my guess is that the secondary mic (which is used for video and voice recording) is faulty, or possibly blocked by debris in the microphone opening.
