Why the mobile got shutdown at 30 percentage

Hi,
I am using Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos GT-I9082, my phone got switched off at the percentage of 20 to 30 percentage, i am unable to switch on the mobile without connecting to the charger,once connect the charger it starts charging form the percentage where the mobile got switched off, please address my issue ASAP, i have bought two mobiles as same time both causing the same issue, this has created a bad impression on the samsung product, so i felt like i should not go for any of the samsung product.

How old is your phone?

Aging batteries don't have reliable battery gauges as they hold less charge than before.
