Why does my Nexus 4 go static when I open it?

my Nexus 4 goes static when i open it

when i open my nexus 4 my screen goes static and i cant use it . it some times turns on but it rarely does it help please

Perhaps the screen or some other component needs replacing, or there is a loose connection.
