Why does my Nexus 4 keep crashing and fails to start?

Nexus 4 keeps crashing and failed to start.

I have Google Nexus 4, from last 3-4 days it get switched off automatically and did not start, though the booting process starts. It gets switch on when connected to charging and optimize every apps as it did after new update installation. When I checked, I found system update is available but update failed to download from wifi.

Try a factory reset. That should fix your issues.
