Why does my Note 3 takes longer time restarting or even just turning it on?

Usually it just takes less than a minute to switch it on. Now it takes 5 minutes. Most of the time takes place at the samsung logo. What can i do to fix this?

Try first a Cache Partition wipe.

Then open the log and delete everything but the last few months' entries. And check the battery. (2 years of mistreatment could have completely killed it - in 6 months.)

Already did that . Also tried to reset the device but nothing changes . And also it charges slower than usual.
