Why does my Note 4 not open my schools wifi login page?

why dose my note 4 not open my schools wifi login page

i login and then it says log in needed but it wont open the page so i can log in

Welcome to the forums! Usually with something like that I will just manually open a chrome window and it will show up. Once it didn't for me and I opened the stock browser and the login page showed up.

Usually the ssid is either hidden or the school has put in protocol that require you to verify setting before you can open those authentication websites. Check with your schools IT. They should be able to assist.

This happens even with your home wifi or mobile data?
If so, it's a homepage issue.
