Why does my Note Pro 12.2 start rebooting itself?

Note pro 12.2 starts rebooting itself

When the battery seems to be down between 40 and 20 % the tablet just start to reboot itself until i plug in the charger or the battery runs out.

This originally started after 8 months of use and the tablet shut down and locked me out it had to do a factory reset and lost all data.

When i got it repaired by a samsung repair shop they said was a mother board issue and changed that.

Now for the last 2 weeks it has started doing it again. it seems to get stuck in a reboot/restart cycle and will continue until it runs out of power or i plug it in.



Any one else having this issue. Help

Send it back to the shop.

Try to do this when it's running by battery: tap on the back of the tablet with your hand near the center ( location of battery connector ). If it shuts down then this is the source of problem: battery connector has cracked solder . Re solder will fix the problem . Slap the back hard with your hand if you need to do so, you won't break it but the tablet will shut down if the battery connector is loosely connected to main board .

This is the common problem of this model which has cracked solders of battery connector.
