Why is my phone freezing then shuts off and won't come back on?
It just freezes then the screen goes black. Its been doing this all day and the day before and it wont stay on for more than 5 or so seconds. The only way I have been getting it to come back on it by soft resetting with power and volume down. It has no battery so i can't take the battery out its one of those phones. My only solution would be to make it to the hard reset or buy a new phone but i wanna know if there is another way to fix this problem so I don't have to lose all my stuff in my phone.
