Phone freezes after latest update

My S4 constantly freezes. This only began about two weeks ago after installing the latest update. I have to remove the battery in order to restore functionality. Any suggestions on what I can do? I have checked my phone for another update and there is not one available.

Over the air update? It's the carrier's responsibility. Bring it in and ask them to please fix what they broke.

Updated with a file you found on the internet? Find another source - one with an MD5 or SHA1 hash on the site - download it, check the hash, then flash it if the hash checks out.
