Why does my phone keep cutting out

Why does my phone keep cutting out and dropping signal when I'm on calls and then coming back in a few seconds later. I lose parts of the conversation and it just cuts in and out

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried asking your carrier if it may be a SIM card issue? Did you get the phone through your carrier?
