why does my phone keep opening the web?

my phone randomly opens to http://amazingdestinations.today/
every once in a while and i have no idea why. plz help. i cleared my browsing history and clearing internet cache and data and it still shows up. I have a samsung galaxy s6 active. i do recall i recieved a scam text from wells fargo with a text and i accidentally clicked the link but it took me to a page where there was nothing. this was a while ago and if i got a virus/malware i think it'd have showed up by know. anyway, any suggestions??

Clear notifications also in both ? Maybe try uninstalling then install if you can

i can't uninstall it. if i can't get rid of the website popping up, should i still be worried about it? like, will it harm me?

No , but it's going be anoying.
How about notification? In both browser clear or block

i think i said no to notifications
and that's good because i ran my phone through norton, avast, kaspersky, and malwarebytes and they all said i was fine

I understand, sometimes those can create more problems then they worth slow downs and other

Me personally wouldn't install those on a phone , I've heard issues, but that's up to you.

It's a good question, you can try uninstalling them and check , if not then put back if you choose .

i went on reddit and someone said that i have malware because the phone shouldn't be opening pages by itself. i don't know what to believe now

i did and i also did a factory reset on my phone just to be safe. if it still shows up i'm gonna be so mad

Let us now, if it still happening, uninstall those antivirus apps, and cleaners
