Why does my phone make clicking noises when powering up?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. Recently (within the past few weeks) I have noticed that when my phone restarts or powers on from being off, it will make approximately 3 clicking noises before the GUI loads, after the Samsung screen pops up. Has anyone ever heard of this? What could it be? I did a hard factory reset and then switched my service from Straight Talk to AT&T. It still makes the noise when booting up. Seems to come from the speaker/earpiece area. Thanks.

It's possibly the camera. My Note 5 did that.
