Why does my Pixel 6 pixelates certain photos?

Okay let me start by saying it's an amazing Camera. However I've noticed something I can't seem to find a decent answer to. I take a lot of photos, they're all beautiful. However occasionally I'll take a picture of a time I posted in Gran Turismo 7. I'll pause the game and snap a photo of the screen. My TV is high def and the display is beautiful. Yet on my Pixel 6 Pro, it looks like a freaking PS2 game. It's pixelated and looks like crap. What gives?

It's probably a difference in the refresh of the TV and the frame rate of the camera.
