Why does my PlayStore keep shutting itself off?

why does my playstore keep shutting its self off ?

when i try to download something it says to complete my account setting so when i click my account it shuts off and wont load , what can i do ? ive tried to clear data and stuff to download apps but now its not letting me access my account

Try to remove your google account from in the settings and then readd it later.
