Why does my S3 Mini keep turning on?

My S3 Mini keeps turning on, help!

Yesterday, I dropped my S3 Mini in the toilet. I retrieved it and blow dried it and everything is fine, except the lock button. When I lock it, it turns on again and again. How can I fix this?

It may be a malfunction in the board. I would take it to a repair shop to have them examine it.
