Why does S4 mini constantly refresh to home screen
S4 mini is pretty much unusable. If I swipe across the screen to move pages it automatically refreshes back to the home screen. If I open an app it immediately refreshes to home screen but the app continues to run in the background.
I can get around this by holding in the home button while swiping or opening apps but this only gives a short amount of time before it defaults to showing all running apps.
I have tried a factory reset and the touch screen works perfectly during the set up screens, however as soon as the operating systems loads it returns to refreshing.
can this be fixed?
