Why does my S5 keep booting to lock screen and then restarting after the Lollipop update?

My S5 keeps booting to lock screen and then restarting after lollipop update!

Last night I did the lollipop update for my Samsung s5 using Samsung Kies and all went fine until it booted up. The phone just kept rebooting itself after being on the lock screen for a few seconds. I booted it into recovery mode and factory resetting and wiping the cache but after the setup screens it just keeps restarting again.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the forums. It might have been a bad flash. I would try it again.

Thank you Samsung Kies doesn't have time to recognize my phone now cause it keeps restarting so I don't know how to do it again :/

Also my phone isn't rooted

Oh, yeah...due to the bootloop. Sorry, that's what happens when you start answering questions before coffee kicks in.

You might need to look at reflashing the ROM with a PC program called Odin. You can find files for your exact model number on either Samsung updates or sammobile.
