Why does my s6 active have choppy sound

[AC Question]

I've been searching these forums and anywhere else I can find to try and fix this.
With video playback on Facebook, YouTube, or anything the sounds gets choppy. It's not immediately, sometimes it's 5-20 seconds in to the video. It doesn't matter if I'm using data or on Wi-Fi. If I pause the video then play again it's like it buffers and the choppiness is gone for a few more seconds.
