Why does my S6 no longer connect to Smart Switch?

S6 no longer connects to Smart Switch

This is very weird. Today, my S6 won't connect to Smart Switch. I've restarted the S6 & computer (iMac) several times. Even turned on USB debugging and have tried different USB ports. What should I do?

Go into settings, applications, applications manager, scroll to all and find smart switch. Clear cache and data then reboot. Try that.

Why have you suggested this?

I have the same issue as the original poster - The question was regarding the Mac version of SmartSwitch not recognising the S6 when plugged in via USB.
The S6 itself does not have SmartSwitch installed on it, so why are you suggesting that we go into the applications folder on the phone and look for SmartSwitch? You must've misread, unless i'm missing something.
