Android Central Question

Recording a video seems fine but as soon as I stop recording the phone freezes (the yellow ring that goes around the stop button only going about a quarter of the way) and my phone becomes partially unresponsive.

I'm also having issues with video playback where a video will play for a couple of seconds and the video will freeze with the audio continuing to play.

I'm saving the videos to a microSD and my internal storage is at full capacity but I've never experienced this before. I've updated my phone to the latest patch, deleted caches for the camera app and gallery app, restarted the phone and even tried uploading the video to verify if the issue is simply playback only to find nothing works.

Your phones memory is full, you have trouble saving to the SD card. You've diagnosed your own problem. Clear internal space as much as possible. Confirm your SD card is functioning properly in another device and has the proper write speed.
Clear the cache partition and reboot.
Try again afterwards. Good luck
