Why does my S8 take so long to charge?

My S8 was draining fast, so Verizon replaced it. The replacement was charging slowly, so they replaced it again. The replacement did the same thing, so they replaced it again. Same result. I've used three different chargers and cables in different outlets. Every time it takes close to two hours to charge. I've charged it in safe mode, same result, so it's not a third party app. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Side note, I can't get GSAM to work. I am trying to find out which app is causing the Android OS battery drain. ADB won't work with my device for some reason.

Welcome to Android Central! How fast does the battery get up to around 80%? Remember that the charging curve is steep up to around 70-80%, then levels off, so that the final charge up to 100% will take longer. Reviews have mentioned that fast charging takes about 80-90 minutes to go from 0 to 100%, so you're not that far off.
