Why does my Samsung a8(2018) drops wifi signal when playing online games (PUBG,Vainglory,etc.)?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) and everything works fine. The wifi is okay when I stream on Netflix, watch youtube, do video calls, and any other internet related activities. But as soon as I launch an online game, the wifi suddenly drops instantly and when I exit the game, the wifi goes back to its strong signal.
I tried connecting to another wifi network and everything works fine except when connecting to my home wifi. So I assumed there must be something wrong with our router but then I tried to play the exact same games on different devices connected on my home wifi and everything is okay EXCEPT for my device.

I already tried the following:
-restore my device to factory default
-restart my wifi router

No luck. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you manage your home wi-fi network, or does someone else? Which router do you have? Check the router manual to see if it has any settings for QoS (Quality of Service), or any gaming settings.

I manage my wifi network, I have a sky broadband router and I don't know if it has the settings for QoS or any gaming settings

It's so weird because other devices works except for my device. Tho my device works on other wifi

Here's the manual: https://setuprouter.com/router/technicolor/tc7200-u/manual-1685.pdf. Log into its menu using your computer's web browser and see if any firewall has been set up. The only other setting that might be relevant is Multicast -- you could try turning that on.
