Why does my Samsung Galaxy A3 stop any audio?

I recently tried to reduce the battery use and since I turned that off I can't listen to any audio? Instagram, YouTube and Co. Stops the Audio after a few seconds which is highly annoying. No idea what I can do about it.
Appreciate any help.

Yes that's what I did. I went to "max" just to see how it would be like. After turning it off the Audio just turned itself off after seconds

Is the audio turning off even with the app in the foreground? Or is the audio turning off a few seconds after switching to another app?

As an example. If I try to watch YouTube it stops the video while watching it. It's in the foreground. If I try to watch Instagram videos it stops the Audio after a few seconds. I have constantly turn it on

You don't have headphone plugged in, do you?

I was asking about headphones because ones that are incompatible with Android devices (i.e., ones that are "Made for iPhone") can cause unintentional volume changes or pause/play commands.

I nearly ****ed up my phone because I accidently nearly downloaded something while trying to Turn on the safe mode. It works. Idk if the problem is gonna come back but thanks for now. You're a lil Hero eh

Okay nvm. It's back. It was nice while it lasted

"Download Mode" won't hurt anything. It's used to download a new firmware to the phone via USB connection to a PC. If you ever get to that, you can just force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down for about 20 seconds.

Did it come back while in Safe Mode, or did you reboot back into normal mode before it came back?

So I couldn't use any apps in safe mode except YouTube and some small other apps I think. I probably didn't use the safe mode long enough to be sure if it works there. I went to the normal mode quite fast. I even deleted Cache and rebooted the phone again. Didn't help either

Okay I'm definitely sure that it works on safe mode without any problem

When a problem goes away in Safe Mode, that means that some app you installed is causing the problem. Unfortunately, unless you already have some suspicion of which app is the problem, you may just have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

Why does the app even make problems now? Like I never had problems before. Those problems started after trying to reduce the battery use

Hard to say. Maybe it was coincidental with a recent system update, or an update to an app which is in turn causing instability.
