Why does my Samsung Galaxy TS3 have a yellow screen with the blue light filter off?

[Android Central Question]

A prompt asked if i would like to have a filter turned on at dusk and off at dawn to help with reading. Stupidity, i said yes. Now I can't turn it off. My blue light filter (which is what i thought it was) is OFF! When i turn it on, it is orange. I can not figure out how to fix this problem. I have gone through advanced color saturation, type of display, color setting (red/green...) and anything else i could think of. Even changing time. The tablet has not been dropped or damaged. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist after a reboot, or in Safe Mode?
