Why does my Samsung s4 mini keep turning on and off

I just got my phone back from repairs and tried to on it .. It vibrates with the Samsung logo than switches off again

Welcome to Android Central! The battery might be really low. Plug it in for a good 6-8 hours before trying to power back on again.
