takes forever to send a pictures thru text messaging

Depends on your signal strength mostly but I'm sure you already know that. Sometimes phones, depending on your network and model of your phone, can take abnormal amounts of time for a variety of reasons and factors like picture quality and size. Do they send or do the pictures not send at all?

I have the same issue. I took a screenshot, sent it a few minutes ago, and it's still sending. I'm on wifi with 4 bars. All pictures are the same way. Camera res. is maxed. File size is re-sized to 141kb by messaging app. Mine eventually send, but sometimessage it fails the first time, I resend, it takes a really long time again, but then sends.

MMS uses data connection so if you're connected to say Edge, it'll take a long while.
