AC Question

Sometimes the screen on my LG V10 won't turn on. I have noticed it happen while it is plugged into the charger most, but it has happened unplugged as well. The second screen display will turn off completely and the screen will not come on. I know the phone is still working underneath it - for example, I was listening to a voicemail when this happened earlier, and the vm continued to play throughout, even though the screen would not come back on. It takes a battery pull to get it to come back on.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Sean

Mod Note, I will move this to the v10 forum for more visibility

I don't know it's happened to me a couple of times when I was listening to podcast and the screen was black. And I tried to turn it on to look at a notification. Only one of those times I had to pull the battery to reset the phone. It's never having any other time then when I was listening to podcast using Dogcatcher

I'm having a similar issue that happens during a phone call. The screen calibration is well enough to turn the screen off when I put my phone to my ear but when I bring the phone down to hang up the screen doesn't turn back on. It wasn't always like that though, it used to turn on and off accordingly to when I move the phone to and from my ear.
