Why does my screen takes more than 4 seconds to turn on once I flip open my Samsung Clear View Case?

I takes a lot of time for the Screen to turn on once I flip open my Samsung Clear View Case. This is the Exynos 8890 version with the Bluetooth audio streaming issue. The issue does not go away even with power saving mode turned off. the screen turns on faster when I use the same with proximity sensor along with the App AutoScreenOnOff. This is so annoying and it opens up quickly maybe once in 3 attempts
