Why does my T-Mobile LG G4 crash then fails to restart?

Today, while I was in class, I was using my phone and it just turned off, the screen seemed to glitch out and the phone just turned off. At first it wouldn't restart at all. Then I finally got it to turn on but everytime I turn it on the screen just glitches out and then fails to do anything. I've seen the factory reset menu maybe 5 times. And everytime it just turns off before I can really do anything. It seems like it's a hardware issue but I have no idea what it could be.
