Why does my Tab 3 GT-P5210 keep getting stuck on the logo screen after flashing??

I've followed all the correct steps using Odin3 v3.09 running as admin, and used the file "CF-Auto-Root-santos10wifi-santos10wifixx-gtp5210.tar.md5" in the "AP" button area. Even tried unselecting the auto reboot button. I cannot for the life of me figure this out.

I really don't understand any of that. I'm completely new to androids and rooting. From what I hear it shouldn't be this difficult.

Try flashing the ROM files then letting it reboot (just the AP, BL, etc., files, not the CF Autoroot file). Let the tab sit for 10 minutes. Restart it. Set it up. Restart it into download mode. Install CF. Let it restart.

I'm following some simple steps like a zombie. I have no idea how to "flashing the ROM files then letting it reboot (just the AP, BL, etc., files, not the CF Autoroot file)". I don't know where to even get something like that. I'm following some simple steps and downloading what the website with those simple steps tells me to download. I'm sorry I don't know what you are talking about.
