Why Does Palm Swipe To Capture Screen Turns Off All The Time?

I like the feature a lot. I turn it on in Advanced Settings, but then I go to use hours or days later and the setting is changed to Off. I don't understand why it can't stay on -- am I missing some other setting? When I first got my new GS6, this did work. After the second system update the behavior is now different, it's like the feature has been removed (if it's not there when I need it.)

How can I keep this setting on?

Smart capture is a great feature, I use it all the time!
Did you do cache partition wipe after the update?
