Why does recording in good lighting make my videos choppy?

Whenever I try recording on tik Tok or Snapchat or even Instagram my recordings come out very laggy and choppy but this only happens when I am in good lighting when my lighting is not that good it comes out way smoother without being choppy.On the other hand my normal camera records super smooth.Does anyone know why?

I have a viumee ev6 elite

Did you install those apps from the Play Store, or from somewhere else? It's possible that the apps aren't fully optimized for the phone's firmware or hardware, considering it's a fairly uncommon device.
