Why does Samsung Galaxy A23 (Dual Sim) phone only have 3 fields in contacts?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A23 Dual Sim phone. The contacts only allow capturing 3 fields i.e. Name, Number and E-mail.

Is there anyway to activate more fields in contacts i.e. Company name etc?

How do you have contacts saved , with Google account?

Welcome to Android Central! That might be for contacts that you are saving to the SIM card (which can't save much data).
