Why does Samsung screen off as soon as call received. Screen on only with earphone connected?

Samsung Galaxy 4g prime(SM-GT360FY) no display while call in progress after original touch pad changed. Display normal after call ended.

Seems sensor issue..

Any help will be appreciate.

Something might be blocking the proximity sensor. Do you have a screen protector on, or a case that doesn't fit well?
