Why does Snapchat keep saying installing?

snapchat won't update - keeps saying installing

I needed to update my snapchat so went to the play store to update and it just keeps saying installing. I have checked my storage and I have plenty.

Try canceling the download and then doing it again. If that does not work uninstall the app and then install it back.
